About
The Builder
MJ. A non-tech background builder who believes AI is not just a tool, but the next paradigm.
I've worked in business development and marketing powered by AI and data. After repeatedly seeing technology fail to solve real customer problems, I became convinced I needed to build it myself.
The boundary between developers and non-developers has already been erased by generative AI. I'm not learning this because it's trendy — I'm genuinely curious about new technologies, and I enjoy getting hands-on with them. In a time when the pace of change can be exhausting, I believe the advantage belongs to those who genuinely enjoy the process.
What is Minbook
A practical execution notebook that documents the reality beyond the illusion that a single click builds a complete service.
Claude Code and Cursor write the code, but how that code runs in production, how to integrate payments, why security breaks — the messy problems beyond tutorials still need to be tackled head-on. This blog honestly shares the struggles and solutions from that process.
Current Projects
- WICHI — A GEO SaaS that measures and optimizes brand visibility across AI search engines (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity). Live product, currently scaling
- Make Me Unicorn (MMU) — An open-source CLI that standardizes the SaaS launch process into 534+ checklist items
- BoltShark — An MCP-first AI agent framework built for Slack-centric workflows
Execution Philosophy
Speed of thought = speed of product.
Define the problem, build it with AI tools, deploy to market. I pursue a builder model that rapidly finds PMF through live data and customer feedback. This won't end with WICHI — I plan to keep wrapping real pain points into products and shipping them.
